For almost ten years I have been involved in the legal and political world, both at national and European level.

My various professional and associative experiences have enabled me to develop an expertise that I now make available to my clients in the context of my activity as alobbyist lawyer.

What is a lawyer lobbyist anyway?

My activity is the meeting of law, and the application of rules already established, and politics, in all its projections on changes to be made for the future.

Often, the idea of lobbying is often seen in a negative light. It is often associated with batteries of public affairs advisers linked to the political world, with the millions that certain multinationals are able to put on the table, and with the aura of an activity that would be dubious.

But there is also positive lobbying!

Lobbying, carried out in a transparent manner can indeed serve the public interest. It can then allow associations or small or medium-sized actors of the social and solidarity economy to influence legislation in order to reduce inequalities, increase the visibility of a type of population or improve social cohesion.

And concretely?

ADVISOR

To understand how to change the rules, you need to understand the rules that already apply. For each legal problem I am presented with, my role as a lawyer is to take stock of the possible solutions and identify those that are desirable in the situation presented.

CONVINCING

In court, as in the National Assembly, you have to know how to win over your interlocutor to your argument. Before doing so, you must first identify the right actors to relay your message to, and then structure your message so that it is as relevant as possible. My job is then to work with you to build your case, i.e. the actions to be taken to defend your cause as best as possible.

TRANSMIT

The legal and political workings can be seen as high inaccessible. Although there is a certain technicality in the concepts or vocabulary, this does not prevent you from being able to understand what is going on if you have the benefit of a translation into everyday language. I therefore help you to understand the mechanisms of rule adoption through training.
